Far Away #Freeindia!

With 74years of independence, are we

Still in the awe of ascendance?

If that is not the case then how about

Consonance?

Independence looks lost soul devoid of

Any calibration,

Have we understood the true meaning of it?

Or still, living under a false impression?

Thus confidants, yes, we are #FreeIndia

But that is far away from realization!

Women are the pride of any nation that

Has proven across different generations,

However, the woman is not safe in my

Country; does not that least deserve a

Consideration?

Every moment, they are raped, harassed,

Burned, bullied and derogated in the name of

Societal ramification,

Is that acceptable, ask yourself?

Especially, when they are on par with the men;

Have achieved success beyond imagination!

Worst of all, their birth is considered

As the day of commiseration,

If not feticide then the misery of theirs

Is ever-lasting, not destined to salvation!

Thus confidants, yes, we are #FreeIndia

But that is far away from realization!

Children are deprived of the basic means of

Life - who would consider any sustentation?

Hence, they have made to work, leave

School, malnourished, etc.; adversity is

Beyond explanation!

Gandhi and Nehru fought for their rights,

Adore them with unperturbed persuasion,

If we all want the change, we have to

Think on those lines and develop a fresh

Invigoration!

They would make our country proud if we

Nourish them with constant insulation,

Otherwise, they would become despondent,

Consequently, resulting in extinction!

Thus confidants, yes, we are #FreeIndia

But that is far away from realization!

We are lacking in cardinal amenities- who

Is it to be blamed for such atrocious dishonesty?

In case, someone is held responsible for

That it arouses a gamut of dichotomy!

Hence, I stay a mere spectator and

Overlook such systemic mockery,

I know corruption is everywhere – cannot

Be reprimanded hence accept the inevitability!

My heart goes to the people for a living

With such a flawed democracy,

If the health and education sector are

Not imperative to the incumbents then what

Else could be considered as their priority?

Thus confidants, yes, we are #FreeIndia

But that is far away from reality!

Yes, my criticism may be taken as

Oppressive and for sure, considered as

Sensationalized,

However, that is the misfortune of our

Democracy that every reaction of morality

Deemed as cosmeticized!

I wrote in my blood despising catastrophe

Of my country,-which is true.

But pierces my heart because that

Was not an intended deprecatory!

Nonetheless, a healthy discussion was

Never appreciated in my country

So let us keep it that way and embrace

Mediocrity!
