Eyes

Eyes

God has given two eyes to every man,

To capture all the beautiful moments as much as you can.

The world is full of ugliness and also full of beauty,

What we see is judged by our eye, it’s her duty.

Sometimes you try to hide your love and tell lies,

But you can’t, as it reflects in your eyes.

Sometimes you don’t have words, don’t worry,

Eyes have their own vocabulary.

Tell her at the earliest, don’t hesitate or shy,

As world changes at the blink of an eye.

At your first date, impress her with phrases from the books,

Never take eyes off her looks.

You can suppress your smile, but eyes are of different kind,

Eyes are the mirror of your mind.

Trust your eyes they know where they belong,

Your eyes can distinguish between right and wrong.

In childhood days when your mom baked you pies,

It was the feast for your eyes.

You have to be very vigilant with your child,

Don’t shut your eyes to his mistakes, otherwise he may go wild.

Travelling in a plane, when it just flew,

Seeing below, you get a bird’s eye view.

Now when it is cricket world cup season,

Every fan is glued to the television.

A little girl with smile on her face and too shy,

She is the apple of your eye.

God has given a job to each one of us to be done,

So that we can see eye to eye to everyone.
