THE WORLD OF A TREE

Whenever I am free

I sit under a tree

In the scorching heat

I take shelter on its feet

He protects me from the sun

He is my friend number one

Now we are so close to each other

He is like my big brother

When I come he hears my voice

His leaves start making noise

When I sit under it

It gives me immense peace

When birds come he let them stay

Never say” just go away “

Birds make a nest by picking sticks

To protect their tiny chicks

Their family bond is very strong

For the whole day, they sing a song

They eat fruits and throw the seeds

And help grow the new trees

These are children of this tree

Tree’s debt is paid, they are debt-free

Whenever the wind blows

Branches do the dance shows

It absorbs pollution, it's for sure

It makes the air fresh and pure

In so many ways it does our help

A tree is a complete world in itself

It’s a debt we can also repay

By planting a tree on our birthday
