Efforts

It hurts to see millions of people hungry for belongingness, for love.

But it also hurts to notice that there might be so many people they are surrounded by in their day to day lives, but none of them can help these sad souls at the grassroots level.

None of them try to engage in conversations which would help open their broken parts where all the grief lies. 

Maybe we want the other to try first, maybe we don’t wanna take chances, maybe we’re scared or simply not capable of handling such heavy emotions, maybe this, maybe that. 

Caring about someone is simple, very simple. But it does require effort,

which is the hard work that people don’t wanna put in.
