Eclipsed resilience
Eclipsed resilience
In life's maze, I stand as a fledgling leaf,
Caught in the whirlwind, a monetary reef.
Like a sailor tossed on waves that swiftly roll,
I sought aid from friends, a treasure of the soul.
I gave, they received, and in a cycle, it turned,
But none returned what was once earned.
Alone amidst the shards of trust's decay,
I navigate this desolate path, astray.
Lost in the chorus of uncertainty's hum,
Seeking solace where shadows become numb.
Whispers of tomorrow's grace, faint and far,
But a glimmer lingers a distant star.
Listening to life's uncertain song,
Looking for calm where shadows belong.
Tomorrow's whispers are faint, but near,
Still holding onto hope, keeping it dear
In the symphony of strife and despair's replay,
A whisper persists—a better tomorrow, they say
