A dream is a succession

Of images, ideas, emotions,

And sensations that usually occur

Involuntarily in the mind during

Certain stages of sleep.


Humans spend about two hours

Dreaming per night,

And each dream lasts

Around 5 to 20 minutes.


Three types of dreams are

Passive Imagination, Dream Illusions

And Dream-Hallucinations.


The rarest type of dreams are

Lucid Dreams where the person

Is aware that they're dreaming,

While dreaming!

Not just that, people actually feel like

 they're in complete control

 of their dream.


 Because of the awareness that you have,

 you can easily interpret

 your own lucid dreams.

Sometimes, dreams come true

Or tell of a future event.

When you have a dream

That plays out in real life,

Experts say it's

Most likely due to Coincidence.


Dreams take us to the world of illusion.

Many dreams we forget,

But some we remember.

Dreams sometimes tend to have a

Positive impact on us.

Some dreams we do not understand.


On a lighter note, we all should

Dream big and work hard

To achieve this dream.
