Dissent

In this world and its countries,

Citizens are great in number and vary;

From culture, language, religion, and nationalities

Or can differ in their thoughts, traits, views, and individuality.

Hence they can have different judgments on differing factors.

They may to each other dissent and demur,

And until if no one had thought dissimilar,

Many new things would not be assumed and were left obscure.

Whether the saints of the Vedic era or fondly known Guru Nanak dev.

Advocated that one should try to be open to all opinions,

And subjected the then social norms to open condemnation, they were enough brave.

Hence In history, they created examples of exceptions.

De facto, dissent, and protest led us to independence,

People thought of freedom and expelling dominance,

Within three years after liberty from British governance,

The constitution came into action and in it,

principles of protest and dissent held a position of eminence.

Article 19 provided the right to entitlement to disagreement,

Through this new perspectives are propagated; each with its own uniquement,

And we would not be imprisoned in general approach's confinement,

Rather we would experiment and express our own judgment.

But still, a number of challenges to this basic right prevail,

People's statements are being misconstrued on a large scale,

Through which the actual meaning behind the triggers get fails

To speak themselves and the motto of words is taken as sedition and the genuine cause curtails.

Thus Measures should be taken to repeal existing laws and systems,

And we should let each other's wisdom blossom,

So that regulated criticism strives to find a way in this

imperfect sphere to perfectionism,

So that people say their actual stance and by government, they should be welcomed,

And people use their analytical skills and critical thinking to

find solutions to their problems.
