Deceptive Dream

In my distant dream,

She was with me, 

And we were back together as always,

And in my distant dream,

I thought that our separation was a bad dream,

And in my distant dream,

I thought that our parting was on account of a bad dream,

Only to wake up and realise sadly,

That what I went through was merely a good dream,

And that we were truly separated for good or bad!
