 love   sun   morning   shore 

Silently they stood ashore

Bleached and colorless in the morning sun

Vehemently spread across

Cancerous algae took away their lives.

Shocked their skeletons stood straight

Sending pathetic pulse far ahead

Global warming took its turn

Leaving coral bleached and not tanned

Suffocated my love drifted toward you

Breathless you mocked at me - and

Are we left choked to

Poisonous waves of the sea?
