Confusing Times!

The current Covid time is a weird time,

Letting humans go before their prime,

Yet the sickness is seen as a crime,

While many struggle without a dime!

Do I really need a designer tag?

Do I have to wash the milk bag?

If I cook, on Instagram, should I brag?

Is staying home, really SWAG?

Ideally, Logically, How often to wash hands?

What are the government's next plans?

Can we stare at the lovely ladies at Cannes?

Can I ever view cricket from the stands?

With questions like this and more,

I am confused at the options galore,

Continue simply as before?

Or do I simply become like the herd,

Believing every theory I heard,

Oh how the truth and lies have blurred,

The world seems so confusing and absurd!

One part of me is happy to be safe at home,

The other wants to travel and roam,

One thing is definitely true of this syndrome,

The world seems united, we are not alone!

Let's hope we come out stronger together,

Being able to find shelter in this weather,

Using love and friendship to tether,
