Chocolate

Chocolate

I came home quite late

Then gave my son a chocolate

My wife said honey, please wait

He is putting on so much weight.

He is daily eating junk food

For his health, this is not good

Of late, he has been so rude

He is never in a merry mood.

Healthy food, he just hates

He should eat fruits, he is now eight

No chocolate, I am saying it straight

Till he finishes his salad plate.

The discussion was going not so great

He snatched it and then he ate

This has to be its fate

This was the end of chocolate.
