Dad

Last night I noticed a queer silence dad..

Which anyway made me feel sad 

With some unsolved questions in my head

We both were sleeping on the same bed.

I wondered that what he might be thinking

 Or was it as same as my overthinking.

Without communicating we tried to get a nap..

My dear dad who has widened this generation gap? 

I know your mind must be filled with uncertainty.

Cause you worry about my security.

Without a single hint of all such

I know u love me very much 

I know your eyes are getting weak

And your body doesn't looks sleek

Enough of tiredness ,now you need to live a life full of jest.

Cause very soon I will work and my dad will rest...
