Breakthrough : Into 'Becoming' a Novel

Breakthrough : Into 'Becoming' a Novel

1. Let me walk you through

A movie screen

That slowly zooms out

With gospel music gradually fading out

In black and white.

2. Fireworks ignite

Echoes escalate

Resonations reverberate.

'Breakthrough' - the most clichéd word ever found

On this face of earth

Until alchemic transcendence made me believe in it

Now rests relentless in the front lawns of this body.

3. The serene silky snowfall you drench me in

The snow crystals, each one, as i feel conglomerate

Into my silhouette

Sits snuggery and silently seeps serendipity

On the-then baren soil

Where I twirl twinkling tireless

In the middle of a thousand winds that blow.

The snowflakes now mushroom and osmosify my reflection

With serotonin

Creating a chemical reaction

From dubious to dopamine

That makes the brittle bones malleable

And resplendent.

The 'clichéd' now contains all the meaning it ever could!

4. And oh, while i poetized a little

Look at the movie screen-

As an infinite ethereal shower

It continues to downpour diamonds

Miraculous, ain't it?

5. And I?

I continue to cascade from the eyes

As they brim with oceans

And the waves that ooze out?

They choose to dive desperate

As they corporealize the make believe,

Rattling the very roots of machiavellian roars

And time?

It captures this picturesque eternity into its nurturing arms,

To preserve it

In the most subtle forms

Into the aroma yielding brown paged books

Of half faded embosses and crumpled curved-in contours

As I become a novel

That this guy wrapped in black

Runs his honey brown eye balls azure on,

Sitting in front of a burning fire lantern

On the dim lit Saturnalia night

With a cigar in the other hand

As the Decemberian breeze flows flawless

In the era of Nietzsche.

While the first leaf reads-

"For those who were dancing

Were thought to be insane

By those

Who could not hear the music."
