Beyond the overcast

A life so dwindling, hanging in the oblivion.

Being ruined and ruled by the death demon.

Voracious hunger for life and an unquenchable thirst for blood-

Left us amidst immense agony, and survival of crud.

The pervasive impact prevailing throughout the world,

Piled up shrouds and existence so gnarled

The gusty whirlwinds that walloped mankind,

Sloughed off extant, only sufferers whined.

Cries of torment, cries of strain,

Moans all around, tenebrosity remains.

Prayers of anguish all in vain,

Only lifeless survivors and howls of pain.

But there’s always a scintillating star in dark,

Beaming dawn after every painful dusk.

Shimmering lives and rays of hope,

A beginning full of luster, and sufferings elope.

Like the morning dews in the petals of life,

There will be an end of this struggling strife

Like the hidden star peeks through the clouds,

A bright world lies behind the world of cloud.

Let’s fight the blues and remain to stand strong,

Have credence on quiddity, this won’t last long.

Beyond the overcast, a heavenly blue awaits,

 Ebbing away brooding agonies, fending off frets.
