BEYOND THE BLUES

BEYOND THE BLUES

2 mins
414

The nights becoming deep and dark

Taking away all my spark.

Making me blind to see the ray of hope

When there's so much of scope.

These thoughts...

They make everything so pathetic

That they leave nothing aesthetic.

Overthinking makes all the vibrance and beauty of the memories dreary,

Not making me able to see clearly.

All the world is so black and white

While all these thoughts are holding me tight.

I start to see the world with my eyes filled with hate

And nothing to find so great.

When I see all this world's drama

I start believing in karma.

To stop these thoughts I am too late

When they start overflowing straight

Into my mind

Leaving nothing good to find.

All I wanted was to be lost...

Which would make me a loser

But the shining ray entered and made me a fighter.

And now...

These thoughts make me go astray

But I will not let them stay.

These make me so blind

But the beauty

, I will surely find.

They will leave scars

But I will turn them into my shining bright stars.

They say I was the lamb living in fear

But I will be the tigress by hunting my fear

And make my path crystal clear

With my determination being seer.

When there came this blast of light

Making my spark ignite

Clearing my sight

Being so bright

That it took over the overthinking's might.

In the blink of an eye,

It made all my sadness go away.

I saw the world shine,

And It all made me fine.

The crooked people started becoming straight

And I started believing in fate.

Once again I could say 'God is there'

Who would listen to my prayer.

Negativity is rare

When positivity is everywhere.

To see the memories glare

You need to know god's doing in fare.

If you are the one to make your enemies dear

Then there's no one to fear

The problem will itself become mere

And dreams illuminated and clear...
