Being Worthy

Wandering across the rustic road 

sighted a trail of footprints that strode 

Curiosity questioned her: Where does it lead? 

decided to stride even if it made her dread. 

It was not going to be as easy as it seemed. 

"Having hurdles and barriers," she deemed 

With a grin, she gathered her courage, blindfolded by trust. 

only to leave her trapped in the pitfall as it burst. 

She mountained her way slowly to the roof top. 

She heaved a sigh of relief and stopped 

Like the trees, the sparrows quarreled. 

The chaos in her mind caused much sorrow. 

As the footprints vanished, it was Adonis himself. 

Black eyes with an enticing smile masquerade the thought of oneself. 

watching out to not let him sabotage her heart 

She planned to deviate and go elsewhere. 

Tirelessly, she travelled to reach her destiny. 

That warrioress's legacy is etching our souls.
