Being a superhero

If not always atleast once,

We would have wished to have been born a superhero,

Maybe it was for the adventures,

Maybe it was to protect our loved ones,

Maybe it was to be someone special,

Maybe it was the fact that regular life was mundane and boring,

Maybe it was as silly as to avoid getting low marks,

Or as crazy as to avoid being in school and college,

Maybe it was a desire to ensure social justice,

Maybe it was to protect the nation,

Maybe it was to impress our love,

Maybe it was to create a history for oneself,

Whatever might be the countless reasons,

If I am a superhero,

Is always a dream to think about..
