Aai - My Grandmother

In her arms that I grew,

Never realized that time just flew,

It's been more than two years I saw her last,

Today, in a few moments,

I lived a thousand moments of the past.

An epitome of love,

She was always smiling, caring and warm,

There was hardly anyone who was not,

Mesmerized by her charm.

A pillar of strength,

She always promised to be with us,

I pray to the Almighty that,

she fulfills her promise,

And always stays with us!!
