Fresh water calls 

The young and old 

Residents and travellers

To wait under a tree nearby 

And quench their thirst 

You mean to say 

A well! 

In the period of bisleri bottles 

Mineral water more hygienic !

Oh yes! Absolutely right 

Health conscious 

Eating in hotels, dhabas

And on gumthees 

And on vehicles...

Hygienic food everywhere 

Except natural sources

A well!

But helpful in villages 

Where dry sands 

And no other sources exists 

So many of them
