A Failure

A Failure

Last time when you hit the ground

A stream of rage ran in your veins

And I stood there looking at you

When all you wanted was courage

I remember how these smiling faces

Mocked at your end.

I couldn't be the one

To see you tear apart from one end to the other.

So I put you high, high above so that these voices could be ignored.

And you became a winner

But today you seem to wave an ocean goodbye

Realising all meet their ends

And so today I consider myself before you

A failure at your win.
