A Dream Of Serenity
A Dream Of Serenity
I dream of the world:
Where whispers replace high pitches
And no voice rise to clamour;
Where no one's accused of breaches
And we are guarded without armour.
A deliberate dream I'd like to foresee:
Where tongue won't do damage
And sustains heart's beauty;
To heal a concentric grudge
That 'steers our life' and duty.
I don't dream of Satyuga but a society of bridled human beings:
Where sharpness won't replace wisdom
And 'thou' and 'thy' won't replace 'we'
Where words bit with precision;
And mind remains on a serene spree.
