Buried Voices by Mohammed Arshad Amin

Buried Voices
We do not sing
we only weep
our tears drowning the earth
our cries lost in the wind.
The land remembers the horrors
the blood that soaked its soil
the silenced lives
the merciless hands of destruction.
No river speaks of the pain it carried
no tree whispers the secrets it saw
but the scars remain
etched deep in every corner.
This world has no room for us—
we are ghosts
wandering between despair and silence
pleading for justice that never comes.
We do not sing
we only weep
our voices swallowed by the void.
