A Dip In Ganga

Yesterday I walked by a street saw a girl in trouble,

I left her alone in the dark it’s all in my imagination bubble.

If someone cries for help I turn my head and walk away,

I see wrong in front of me but never have anything to say.

I hit my wife as hard as I can just to prove my dominance,

Even though she works hard in doing right she gets ignorance.

I was bought to this world by my mother the women I love,

Now I don’t have a minutes time for her but to be in a club.

If it’s not for a woman there was no existence of mine,

My wife is pregnant if it’s a boy; good if a girl it’s not fine.

I keep my shirt always clean because it’s clean & white,

But littering and destroying the mother earth seems not so crazy & right.

To me, religion and caste is the most important thing,

I don’t care about anyone other than my needs and bling.

I spend thousands of bucks to the pilgrimage for god’s sake,

A lie for me to be good, just me being selfish and all fake.

I stand for an hour speaking about a problem which is trending,

But in a few hours, I’ll have my whiskey forgetting everything; happy and singing.

I did what I had to never cared less it’s all on me,

It is my son’s turn passing on the morals you’ll see.

I am me, we and everyone lying to self; going to a hell of course,

We didn’t even notice when were those lines were even crossed.

We don’t do anything still stand with our heads high,

What we really do is step on others wing and fly.

I protest, molest and a lot of sinful deeds in process for my future to make,

Because as we all know to be cleaned of our sins A DIP IN GANGA is all it takes.
