Lost in Silence

Its been a long long time, 

I haven't seen the real me from inside.

I tried, way back lost my track and got tired, 

Lost all the keys to the locks that mattered.

Is there a path or a soul to be, 

It's all faded, just the pain I see.

I got no choice, I cant feel the rain, 

Want my life back happiness and peace again.

No more of this pain, it's killing me over & over,

My heart feels intoxicated yet I am sober.

So here I am ready to pull all the cords,

Cutting all the ties removing my flaws.

Seeking the courage to do what's needed,

One step ahead my heart just pleaded.
