A Daughter's Anticipation

When a daughter gets warm welcomed as the blessing of goddess Lakshmi in the beautiful world,

Anticipating self-respect, free from persecution physically and mentally and mavericks,

But ends with niggling, agitation, scrupulous.

 

 When she tries to put her words on the table,

Anticipating for underpinning, optimism, and enlightenment.

But ends with pessimism, dispirit

Due to goad from society and family.

 

 When she tries to walk confidently on the lonely road at midnight,

Anticipating for well-being and humanity,

But ends with trepidation.

 

 When she is born with a dark complexion,

Anticipating for adoration from society,

But ends with churlish, humiliation,

Which she doesn't deserve.

 

 When she welcomes someone special in her life with love altruistically,

Anticipating for affection, respect which she deserves,

But ends with misinterpretation, thwart and dubitation,

Which leaves her heartbroken and alone for certain period.

But still she anticipates for aspiration, enthusiasm in her shattered world which propel her to challenge every circumstances Dauntlessly.
