Prayers on lips

Edge of the seat excitement

Anxious wait

For the magical moment


The batsman strikes a sixer!


Cutting across all barriers

The stadium erupts

With thunderous approbation

A euphoric nation of 1.2 billion

Exults in celebrations

Chants of India India India India

Reverberate in synchronization
