Letter To My Imaginary Lover

I used to believe, holding you tight,

That you are the mightiest among the might.

Though my heart was fragile but not my hope,

Though the situation is too hard but you are always there to cope.

Though denial was in my nature, still you did,

Make me fall for you, be there for me when I need.

I still remember the day, 19^th of august, 2009.

10 years have passed, but still the memories do shine.

The path was not much smooth, enough memories are made,

Dancing in the rain or candle light dinner under the shade.

The cosy nights spent in your arms feeling you,

Feeling your breath on my forehead, you holding me like a morning dew.

Your chest, pushing against my breast the warmth within us,

I feel there’s no selfish lust, only love between two of us.

Stars did fall, but not my feelings,

I will love you until the extinction of human beings.

The last ten years was more than a dream to me,

In those time, we have harnessed our love from the deep sea.

It’s true that maybe you that you are not my first love,

But it’s true, as you intended you will always be my last love.
