They're My Family

You are the meaning of immense strength for me,

You are the only ray of courage I wanted when I am at my weak.

You inspire me, discipline me, adore me, love me and teach me to live for the now,

And to never give up because you never taught me how.

I've learned from you why family comes first,

It's because when you need them,

They're there.

When you are hurt,

They're there.

No matter how much the pain is,

For healing, they're always there.

When the road gets rocky you seem to take each bump,

But in the end, you walk over them smoothly hump after hump,

Because they're there.

You have no idea about the effect they have made on your life,

And the lessons you've learned in life from them made a change.

Not just a change but a growth, 

A growth of personality, of soul, of humanity.

Because of them, an immature child filled with nothing,

Turned into a young woman filled with hope, humanity, love and a happy being.
