You Can Never Be Too Careful

Hospitals were fully packed with the availability of vaccines for the never-ending virus outbreak. After getting the second dose of the vaccine, Rahul and Sheena searched for a closet. They got one after looking for five minutes and sneaked into the room. They aggressively made out for half an hour. Their joint family situation ensured that someone or the other was always tested positive for the virus. This made them isolate and the couple was itching to touch each other for a year. Now that the second dose is completed they threw their mask in the trash. On the way to their home, the elevator stopped midway before reaching the ground floor as there was a power cut. Because of Covid restrictions, there were only four people inside including the couple. The two people who did not get the vaccine started to panic and shouted at the security guard while the couple remained calm. Rahul got a notification alert from his phone.

“New mutated Virus, Corona-3117 is discovered in the city hospital and people who died from the newly mutated virus include people who were vaccinated. Panic in the city as medical professions rushes to seek out a new vaccine for the mutated virus”.

The couple started to panic as the security person’s voice was heard from the outside.

“Sirji there is some problem with the transformer and the inverter is not working. Please wait as they have come to fix it. It will take no more than half an hour”.

The couple's heartbeat started to race while one of the people in the elevator started to cough.
