This story is of my very good friend named Piya who belonged to an orthodox family whose family. She was not allowed to go out of her house alone. Even when she used to play out in the building she was escorted by a servant who used to keep an eye on her like a watchdog. She was a beautiful girl but in a cage. Because of her family, she never had many friends accept me and 2 others.

Days passed by Piya moved from a child to an adolescent stage. She was too tired and fed up because of this life. She just wanted to be free.

One day her father passed away and the entire family was sad and mourning. Piya's father passed away during the time of her board exams. So her mother had no options to send her alone. Piya was asked to promise that she will go to college and come back.

One day we were informed that today's first 3 college lectures are canceled. So we all friends made a plan to go to a movie. Piya was also asked to join the movie. But she remembered her Mom's promise initially she denied. Later I persuaded her to go. The issue was now she didn't have money as she was given a limited amount of money that was only for traveling. She informed me that she doesn't have money so I told her that I will sponsor it. Initially, she denied but later she agreed. So we all went to the movie and then went for a hangout. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. Now came the time to go back home. As we were enjoying we didn't notice the time and became late now came a problem to go home. She asked me to come along with her as her mom had called her many times as she was enjoying for the first time she ignored those calls. She made me make a promise to help her. I went to her house and her mom asked what happened why were you guys late?

Initially I was scared and didn't know what to say? She held my hand tightly and looked at me with a sign please save me. I was also getting sacred as her mother was shouting on top of her voice. So in that tremble, I said that one of our friends Siya in our college met with an accident and we had to take her to the hospital and so we were late and in the hospital kept the phone on silent. Piya's mom initially was shouting but after hearing this she calmed down. Once her Mom went to the kitchen she hugged me and thanked me. This untold truth is hidden in my heart as even today when Piya's Mom meets me she asks me about Siya who was fictitious and I still have to say lie that she is fine and staying abroad.
