Stand By Me - Part 25

I heard him say Hello.

I was happy, he asked whether I had started from home. Before I could respond, he stated that there was a slight change in the plan.

He told that he was slightly under the weather, down with fever, won't be able to make it to the decided venue. Instead, we could meet at his home.  

He mentioned that his family was out for an event and will be back only in the evening.

I had been to his home before, however this was a different scene altogether.

He quickly added that I should be coming only if I felt comfortable, he understood it might be a little awkward for me to come home on our first proper date. He said he would be happy if I could make it as he didn't want the date to be cancelled again.

Love, it surely makes you crazy!!

This was more difficult and different from any of the exams I had sat for.

What should I do?

Should I say no?

He seems to be a nice guy.

Actually, not that nice, according to a few people.

What matters is whether I trust him or not?
