"Tara, go to your room, let's talk tomorrow", my father said. I couldn't thank my stars enough. I walked into my room, sat down and heaved a sigh of relief. Finally, Mr. Khurana had left. There was no way I was going to accept his proposal. But there was something more important. Had to call Rithwik, was already feeling guilty at having to miss today's date.
Had heard from friends that he had temper issues. But who doesn't have?
People do exaggerate. Time to make amends. His number dialed, the ring went across but no answer.
Maybe he was upset, or maybe he was attending something important, he must have been driving perhaps.
