For the next 15 days, I completely immersed myself in books. Not even once did I let Rithvik sneak into my thoughts, although it was very difficult not to let him in.

He had hijacked my dreams, he was all-encompassing. His brutal honesty had pierced me hard. He had said we could have a future together but the future was and will always be uncertain. The uncertainty looming large over what could be our future was pulling me down. I was falling not knowing if he would be there to catch me, I might get hurt very badly.
