Spilled Strawberry

Once upon a time, there lived a yogurt maker. He made all kinds of yogurts. Vanilla yogurt, berry yogurt, grape yogurt, and many more.

However, this yogurt maker had a very bad temper. He always complained of how incompetent and annoying the workers were. The workers were very fed up of it especially a certain young man who was new to the job.

But this wasn’t just any man. He was a sorcerer.

The yogurt maker would taste the final batch of yogurt before it was packaged to be delivered. So when the new strawberry yogurt was done, the maker excitedly rushed to taste it!

But as soon as he tasted it, he spitted it out! “AH, what is this gutter food?!” He yelled. “You petty workers have ruined my hard work all over again!”.

The maker was beyond furious as he picked up the cup of yogurt and rushed to town with the workers. He planned to humiliate them in front of everyone to teach them a lesson for spoiling his yogurt.

He brought everyone to the town squares and made them taste the disaster of a yogurt. They were all disgusted as the maker explained What the workers did and had done before numerous times.

How the workers had always ruined his good hard work.

But the truth was that the maker never did much of anything. Everything was always done by the workers. He just fussed for the smallest things because he had no better things to do.

The workers looked at each other in heartache yet anger. What were they supposed to do?

Before anything could be done or said, the maker fell to the ground. And slowly and slowly so did the other town members.

The workers stood in horror and bewilderment. But one of them smiled as he stepped forward.

“Finally they shut their filthy mouths, useless babblers”.

“Are they okay? What should we do?”, one of the workers asked.

The workers didn’t know what to feel. Whether to be scared or happy. Scared for the dead town or happy for their freedom.

Nevertheless, they didn’t hesitate to bury the sleeping bodies and take over the empty houses. Finders Keepers as they say.

However, the young man stood by the spilled strawberry yogurt on the ground near the maker’s body, the entire time.

“If only he had not overreacted”, the young man whispered to no one in particular. And then he smiled.

“If only he hadn’t spread the poison. If only he hadn't cried over spilled yogurt".
