Roja come and study, don't waste time on drawing, it does not keep your food in the future, come and study, you need to get first rank in the upcoming exam.
Mom please give me 10 more minutes drawing is my passion. I am always standing in top10 of our class. Why don't you allow me to do what I want to do.
No Roja, you need to get first rank and more percentage than our neighbour's son.
This was the conversation between my friend Roja and her mother. During my 8th class my friend told this incident to me. She is very much interested in drawing but her mother didnot allow her to do what she wanted, so in class hours she used to draw drawings and not pay good attention in classes. But she always stood in top 10 and her mother was not satisfied with her performance, she used to put much stress on Roja. She wanted to do B. Arch but her parents forced her to do B. Tech. Because of this she didn't excel in her academics but always grabbed prizes in competitions related to drawing. After B. Tech she didn't get placements suffered a lot and after one year of intensive coaching she got placed in one IT company. Even though she is earning a handsome package she is not happy with her life. This is an example of forceful education. If she was supported by her parents then may be she might have become Indian Disney.
