School Business

Sanjiv resigned from Janki International School. There are many reasons behind this. He doesn't like to discuss it. He has many friends and well-wishers. His friends started approaching him to reconsider his decision. Initially, he received and responded, "Let us see". Now he is avoiding phone calls. He has some savings which he earned while working in Manipur, Arunachal, West Bengal and Maharastra for 5-10 years. His brother in law came forward to support him. Though his brother in law is a highly qualified and knowledgeable person, he failed to get any government job. There is a huge building on the roadside. They approached the building owner and the good news is that he was convinced to offer this building on rent or became a partner in the project. Sanjiv ji purchased some barren land on the outskirts of Samastipur Town at the beginning of this project. He approached some of his relatives to send their wards for residential school education.

He along with his wife, relatives, and partners worked very hard and maintained strict financial discipline for the first three years. He fixed a certain amount from the fee to fix deposit and managed the relationship with nearby Missionary schools from where are students were appearing for the board examination. He sold the land purchased initially and now has his own land near his rented school. Last night, suddenly his wife's situation worsens. She was admitted to the nearby hospital but we could not save her. He had enough money to spent now but we could not save his wife. He had a son who is young now. He sent his son for studies at Kota in Rajasthan. He wants to start his own school in a new building soon. He decided to take some loans from the bank though he has sufficient money to invest in the project. He had spent a good amount on getting affiliation. He managed to get video from other schools as the board wants a complete photographs of lab, building etc. Everything was well managed.

One of his friends who is now MP managed his state N.O.C by taking 500000 only as he is his friends. Principal who was nominated as Inspection Committee member first refused to come, but when he collected share in Cash and Kind, he was happy to assist. Don't worry Pandey, you send me the list and documents, I will sign and forward it to the board. You have to manage with the board. Initially, they will put some deficiency but when you pay them you will get your affiliation. Last month, he received a letter from the board that his school is provisionally affiliated for 3 years. He was very happy, A grand party for his staff, well wishers, govt officials and license issue authorities. It was like a dream comes true. He is again married now. He can earn a lot. Of course, this is a business for profit. Again he will have to pay a bribe to district school education authority, Inspection officer Principal appointed by the board and his political friend though there is no permanent friend in politics.
