Mrs.Singh called two of her contacts today, almost after 2 years and wanted to discuss something fresh. Mrs. Singh doesn't remember exactly why and when she has stopped talking to advisor ma’am. Advisor madam was surprised to receive her call. Before I tell about these two characters above mentioned, let me introduce a Gentleman who used to be the Chairman of a press in Raipur. People used to call him Hanu Bhaiya. His lifestyle is very similar to the owls. Owl is believed to be wise, but this man was not wise as owl, but he follows the similar routine as the owl among birds. He was not highly qualified, a big conspirator and an idiot from a family of a politician crooked background. However, he was believed to be very powerful in Raipur due to his family backgrounds. He is associated with one of the senior politicians and 2 -3 time CM of Indian state, Governor and treasurer of a political party. Mrs.Singh was reporting to her and advisor madam was closed to Hanu Bhaiya.

 Advisor madam started her career as a Primary English Teacher. She used to be a part of school chain scam in Chhattisgarh. She was the founder Principals of a school and part of this big scam. One Mr. Jhanjhar launched an International school chain in the year 2005 and within short span of five years, he expanded 40 schools. He managed to rope in actor like Mukesh Khanna as ambassador to promote his school. He launched a scheme under which over 20000 parents deposited 50 thousand to 1 Lakh at the time of admission in return of free education till 12 as assured. After collecting this huge amount, he ran away living parents in lurch as all these schools were running in rented building. This is not the first time somebody has run away after launching scam scheme. A famous cricket player used to be brand ambassador of Amrapali, JVG used a famous Dalit politician to market his deposit scheme and we were getting trapped due to these actors or politician. Advisor madam has no option but to leave this group. One day she walked directly to press. She was beautiful and soft spoken lady. Hanu Bhaiya came to press as usual by 6.00 PM. He saw a lady sitting outside. There were many party members waiting for him for last 4hours. But he asked his peon and his loyal person Gahlot to cancel all meetings. I am not well. Ask them to come again. Then send madam to me.

Madam entered the office with folded hands and greetings to Hannu Bhaiya. Hannu Bhaiya told her that he has to go so she should explain the reason why she is here. Hannu Bhaiya was impressed with her extempore speech, her beauty and appearance. She got appointed as an English Lecturer in a private college run by Hannu Bhaiya family. Soon with her hard work, diplomacy, man-management skills and support of Hanu Bhaiya, She was soon promoted as acting Principal. But there was a small problem as the real Principal Mr. Rao is not yet retired. One fine morning Mr. Rao was arrested and sent to jail. This conspiracy was successful due to the Hanu Bhaiya’s political influence and nexus between politicians and police. Later, he was released on bail with an assurance given by Mrs. Rao that they will leave Raipur. I can just visualise a similar seen from Hindi movie Shool, long piece of metal with a sharp point.  

It is interesting to note Hanu Bhaiya’s daily routine. He will get up at 2.00 PM IST, after completing his bath and having sufficient lunch, by 4 to 5 PM, he will first go to press where he expects people should wait for him. He has a peon cum pa cum assistant Gahlot. He feels extremely happy by troubling people or keeping people waiting. Mrs. Singh used to go to school early in the morning and before she could leave campus, advisor madam will ask her to wait as Hanu Bhaiya may visit the school by 3.00PM. He cannot reach at 3.00 PM, She was aware, but the height was that he will come to school by 8.00 PM with advisor madam or with any young lady staff of college. He will leave the campus by 10.00 PM or 11.00PM. But for a meeting of 5 minutes, he used to trouble Mrs. Singh, Mr. Gahlot his peon will come in another vehicle.

Mrs. Singh joined the school which was earlier an Engineering College. This engineering college has a Principal, Teachers and good number of students . There was a decline in the admission of all Engineering colleges in India after 2015. During this period, this lady was appointed as an Advisor to Engineering college though she does not have required qualification to become an advisor of Engineering College. But if you have support from Hanu Bhaiya, you don’t require any other qualification.  So they were successful in closing down the college and converting it to school using their political influence putting the future of those students in lurch/ fix. She was given the responsibility to destroy the Engineering college its Principal, staff and students. As a reward to his successful mission completion.

She was appointed as an Assistant Professor in Government College. But still she was working and spending half of the night with Hanu Bhaiya.

Mrs. Singh recalls those days when she was appointed as a founder Principal of Hanu Bhaiya’s school which used to be an Engineering college. No doubt, Hanu Bhaiya was stubborn. So once he decide to convert his college in to branded elite school, nobody could stop him. He managed to transfer those students and few staff into another engineering college and few become jobless for time being. They were waiting to get into the school system as the pay and perks are better than Engineering College. They are horrible as school teachers but Mrs. Singh has no option to appoint them. They don’t have a B.Ed or Teacher eligibility, but Hanu Bhaiya can manage with the government officials of Raipur. Hanu Bhaiya appointed all his loyal or chummy staff.

She could manage a few good teachers from outside, but she has to pay a heavy price for this. For the inauguration, society from which school was associate, gave a detailed guidelines, sends a few representatives a day in advance, Hanu Bhaiya explained her to not to give much importance to these society people. Let my school get established, they will not come to Raipur. He decided to offer a mobile phone to all press reporters in addition to cash amount of five thousand. Hanu Bhaiya father was a man of principles. He couldn’t tolerate this act of bribing the press people. He founded this press and it was against his ethics. He was a member of a spiritual organisation where he use to visit regularly for meditation. This spiritual organisation was run by a group of local ladies. Hanu Bhaiya got a nice scolding from his father. He was fully disturbed today. He called Gahlot and he broke his mobile into pieces. All the loyalists and Mrs. Singh were called to press by Gahlot. They were standing in line, presenting themselves as loyalist and disciplined.

They supported Hanu bhaiya for his decision. When she completed 1^st month, Mr. Bhado accountant of school, who is an old loyalist of Hanu Bhaiya informed Principal and teachers that Bhaiya will give you salary on 10^th of every month. He will pay you in cash and not through bank account. First month Hanu Bhaiya came to school on 16^th in the evening and gave the salary in Cash. He informed this is managed from party fund and black money so he cannot pay through bank transfer. Later salary was getting delayed and delayed. His father was not well and Hanu Bhaiya was out of station for many days. Teachers were approaching for salary. She managed to pay a salary from her account to a few teachers who were part time and also for few other teachers she supported by small amount so that they can pay for their installment of loan & LICI. She send a message to Hanu Bhaiya for the salary of staff members. Hanu Bhaiya was prompt in replying- I run many institutions and no head of any institution dared to write a mail or messaged to me though they were not paid salary for 3-4 months. Please don’t email or message me.

Hanu Bhaiya's father is expired in Delhi. He returned to Raipur. Once everything was settled means rituals were over, she got a call from Gahlot and she was asked to report at Press. She said boldly I will not come to Press. Let Hanu come to school and we will discuss. Gahlot threatened her and informed her that he is speaking on behalf of Sahab means Hanu Bhaiya. He also informed that you don’t know me if I don’t want you cannot even enter in the school. Tomorrow, guards will not allow you to enter into the premises. “Report at 4.00 PM Sharp tomorrow evening at Press”- This is not request but order. She had a very frightening and bad dream that night. She saw that she is in the press like Draupadi in Kaurva’s court. Advisor ma’am in Dhritrastra role, Gahlot as Dushashan and Hanu as Duryodhan.

Next morning, with unknown fear, she went to school, collected her books, important documents and return back to residence. Fortunately, Guard did not stop her and gave a salute as usual.

At 4.00 PM, There was a phone call. She did not take the call. She has not been paid salary for 2 months and equal to one month salary from her own account she has paid to the teachers. She knows she is going to lose a huge amount. But to save her life, she decided not to go to Hanu Bhaiya. Next week, she left Raipur. All those teachers who were appointed by her except one were terminated with immediate effect. They were also paid salary for the days they came to school. They did not pay a salary to Mrs. Singh. Due to complete lockdown, she was getting frustrated and called advisor madam. I cannot say, what were the discussions, where she asked for the payment of outstanding salary or advisor madam threatened her. I don’t know as she has not yet informed. Yes, the second contact whom she called and narrated is the writer of this incident.
