Second Branch(science fiction)

Chosen Question is:

How will Berenice figure out the missing link in the concoction as well as defeat Amon?

Hint: She will receive help from an unexpected person.

 

Charu (Sheryl / Berenice) has two assignments to be accomplished successfully. That too, to be executed at the earliest.

One is to successfully release the concoction. For that “Missing chains of amino acid protein” problem must be solved.

 

And the other is to destroy Amon/Vincent. For this, she needs a 'naragasura' sort of monster to get rid of him.

But, she may not know, how Amon’s end is going to be!

Charu very confidently had an inner feeling, that time travelling backwards as Queen Berenice and meeting Nefret, her lover, may give some required lead towards attaining solutions for both problems.

She immediately put the sword in the wormhole and travelled back as Queen Berenice to meet Nefret.

At the same time, Amon / Vincent, having known all these happenings through his EVIL aides, proclaimed 'I am the rightful heir to the throne and nothing can come in-between'.

And he himself, may not know, how his end is going to be, as Science is in its most advanced stage now!

He connected the magnetic hose and got sucked in the wormhole and started the time travel backwards, as Amon, to see an end to Berenice (Charu).

(In the following narration, Charu will be called Berenice)

 

As Berenice rightly thought, Nefret, her lover, could give any information.

Nefret asked Berenice 'Berenice, is the pendent you were wearing and now you have removed, is with you?'

'Yes dear ' replied Berenice

'Well. I have a feeling that the pendant you have with you is going to help much in our progress towards n victory'

'How?' wondered and asked Berenice

'You may remember that once you gifted the pendent from a different planet, TO Anibus. In that pendent, which you have given to Anibus only, now you have seen the 'nail' of Anibus. Isn't it?'

'Yes'

'At that time, Anibus took the other pendent, that is YOUR pendent, which you were wearing and was examining it, you know?'

'..m.. ya.. .. Yes..'

‘And that is the pendant - through which you had been controlled by Amon - and that fact being known to you now - you have removed from yourself. Isn’t it?’

‘Yes, of course!’

‘Well.. you have that with you now! Isn’t it?’

‘Yaa… Sure..’

'Now you examine that pendent thoroughly and see if you can find anything different?'

'Wonderful!' Berenice exclaimed.

She hurry-burrily took her pendant and examined it. After very hard scrutiny, she could find, a black thin thread. It was de-shaped into a ball and kept inside the pendent between the stone and the base metal. On examining, she found that it was not threaded. But it was a 'HAIR'

'Hey.. its a hair..' shouted Berenice.

'Now I will tell you one thing. At that time, Anibus casually told as “This is the pendant, which is going to end the evil of the humankind” ‘

'What.. what is the use of the hair of Anibus in achieving the final victory?'

'Who knows, that it is his hair?'

'Then whose hair it is...? If not his…' asked Berenice.

'My insight says that it may belong to Amon?'

'What..? How do you say this..!'

'You know, during those days, we were fiercely fighting with Amon. In a physical fight with Amon, Anibus would have captured this 'hair' from him, with some intention.’

‘OK’

Now what I guess is, as the 'nail' of Anibus helped you in the concoction, this hair may help to find an end to Amon and may give us a final victory.'

'How..?' wondered Berenice

'Let us wait and see' replied Nefret.

'OK. Now let us stop here about this pendant and 'hair' issue’ said Nefret. ‘And talk about the other issue. Now it is regarding the Vaccine concoction. I feel travelling to the future, and especially to India will be good. It is a country of abundant natural medicines and the presence of 'Sidhdhas'. Also, it is carrying out researches towards very advanced Scientific discoveries/inventions. I am very confident of a solution to be met here, for concoction and finding an end to the existence of Amon (Vincent) forever. The solutions offered in India will be firm and final.' said Nefret

Berenice also had a similar feeling and she decided for a quick future trip to India to solve the entire problem.

(In the following narration, Charu will be called as Charu only)

Charu, with the intention of finding a final solution, time travelled for a few years in future. She knew that India is one among the few, that delivered the COVID-19 vaccine to humankind. India has many laurels and feathers in its cap, with renowned Biotech Knowledge Park. Has many credentials in the past and the present, in dealing with various virus types and their remedial vaccines.

She met the relevant scientists throughout the country and discussed everything. Being a service towards the human community, Charu could get help from India to rectify the “amino acid protein” problem.

Finding a solution for one problem, Charu shifted her efforts towards the second. She met, Dhana, a DNA Scientist, who stayed with her in the US in the early days. They had a deep discussion. Charu explained everything, expecting a good suggestion or solution.

‘At last, tell me, what is your expectation?’ Dhana asked.

‘I have a strong feeling that this ‘hair’ must belong to Vincent. And since the hair, nail, skin etc are nowadays most popular in the DNA field, I thought I would discuss the matter with you.’

Charu explained and waited for Dhana’s reply.

‘OK. No problem. Research on perfectly identifying a person is going on. However, to some extent, we will try to identify your case. I hope, on viewing the outcome from us, you can identify and confirm if it resembles the original face.

‘Oh. Sure. Definitely.’ Charu replied

‘All over the world, many scientists are engaged in this DNA research. We, in our lab, are also working together in researching various therapies that help to treat children and adults for a range of conditions including sickle cell, haemophilia and some forms of cancer and blindness.

We will try a totally harmless therapy to apply on Amon. If successful, his devil natures will get rid of him. We will give him some genetic treatment that will make him a normal person. The wicked behaviours will vanish forever and he will live only a normal life till his natural death as any other human being. 

The figure generated from the Dhana group proved that it was Amon. Immediately Charu communicated with Nefret. ‘Nefret, Make Amon know about my forward time travel and current location.’

Amon was made known. As expected Amon time travelled and rushed to Charu’s location. She made him visit the spot where he is to be treated. Then onwards, everything went on smoothly.

After about 10 days, Vincent (now he is no more Amon) came out of the treatment area. As planned, Charu came against him. Vincent saw her and surprisingly shouted 

‘Hey Charu..! ‘ and waved his hands.

‘You…’ Charu pretended as if she is trying to recollect him.

‘Hey, Charu. I am Uncle Vincent.. Don’t you remember!’

‘Hey. U..n..c..l..e Vincent.. Nice meeting you…’ Charu shook his hands. And she could realise Uncle Vincent as a NORMAL person from his smooth shaking.

Charu Smiled!

 

At this point in time, unintentionally, the painting, which Charu was staring at the beginning of this fiction, comes into our mind.

Now, in Charu’s face, all the above - without tears - are intermittently twinkling and glittering.. but.. with full of joy!
