One step...Two Step

One step..two step..three step to the corner of the room mixed with highs and lows not know what to do. You sit there wondering how am i going to get through this. With the yelling and fighting in the distance your mind become numb and you become frozen. With no help in sight and having extreme mood swing left and right. You ask yourself " when is anyone going to hear me? "When is anyone going to save me?" You feel like a little ant being squashed day by day. The strength and courage arise in you as you lock yourself in the your room. 1 hour... 2 hours go by you still hear shouting and fighting. You have thoughts of running away but you dont know where too. Then you get a clue to open the window and excape out of the blue you just knew you had to get away. You find a huge tree down by the creek, you sit against it and for the very first time you hear nothing but the creek flowing by. You sit there for hours and hours letting your mind come at peace. It starts getting darker and darker outside but you know you cant go back. The sound of the creek puts you to sleep for the night. When you wake up you see the glorious hope of a beautiful sunrise. You wonder if your parents have noticed that you are gone and if they care that you are gone. You slowly start following the creek and you come upon a wooden cross that says " Jesus saves. Then 20 questions comes to mind with one being " Where has Jesus been while i was sitting in the corner?" As you get up and to walk down the creek you see a billboard that says "This little child of mine come to me." You stop and think for a minutes with a question being " Am I a child of his, if so how do I know?" As you continue walking and walking down by the creek a question arises "why do I feel so alone?" Then as you get to the end of the you see a huge sign posted on another wooden cross that says "Heaven is your final home." As the afternoon dissapears and the evening arises you find a church to call home.
