A girl can't cooking and eating with other during menstruation. 

Avoid eating certain types of food during menstruation. 

Avoiding gardening during menstruation. 


Why India must battle the shame of period stain? 

This is one of the dark side of Indian culture. 


We are women not an animal, trust me even animals are treated better than women. 


Period are the symbol of healthy and normal lady.. 

So why do people consider it as something impure? 


They forget that, it is the reason of their birth .

And to be honest it's not just education, it's mentality that must be changed. 

As a new generation we have a lot to improve in our society.
