Inspiration From A Leader

After a lot of thinking, I really felt that there may be some people who inspire me through their leadership qualities, but in the end I think I adopted some qualities from everyone which inspired me to become a good leader...

First of all, I would mention my dad, being a lawyer, the way he handles the staff, making them feel comfortable and just like a family. 

Doing the work in a systematic and a planned way...

Interacting with staff and considering their problems as his own, I guess I have inherited and learned that value very well...

Next are my teachers, who have taught me how to manage things when you are a leader and how things work when you are in a team.

There is never any age and time of learning, hence every new experience being a leader teaches you something new, depending on the type of people you have to lead and many others.
