In front of Sumit's eyes, the last train sped through platform number five of the station. In the meantime, the clock struck twelve. The station quickly became abandoned. The surrounding area grew silent, and chirping insects could be heard everywhere. Sumit, who appeared exhausted, sat down on a station seat and stared at the floor. He was considering his options carefully as to what to do next. as the next train won't be until eight the following morning. He must immediately go home, nevertheless, in the meantime. At home, his mother is ill. He had to accompany his mother to the doctor's office the following morning.

Sumit eventually ran out of options and sat down on one bench. It was two in the morning. At that instant, he fell asleep completely. He was startled out of sleep by the unexpected sound of a train whistle. He notices a passenger train creeping toward the terminal. Sumit is astonished to see the train approaching at this precise moment. He queries someone on board the train after it has stopped,

— "Where will the train stop, Uncle? Will it halt at the station at Kumedpur? Tell me, please."

— "No. The train will stop before two stations in Kumedpur at Mayabi station."

— "Mayabi station!"

— "Yes."

— "Okay. Thanks." It was only two stations ahead of Kumedpur station, but Sumit had never heard of such a place before. But this train is the only option; there is no other way to get home. He then boards the train. Despite the fact that it is only two in the morning, there are more people on the train than one might anticipate. But he didn't give it much thought. The train came to a stop at the Mayabi station after roughly an hour and a half. Sumit got off the train and went to a water tap in the middle of the station to fill his water bottle. He notices that the water pouring out of the faucet is a vivid red colour after turning it on, and he realises that this red liquid is truly human blood. As soon as he turned around, the train totally disappeared from the station. And in little time at all, the area was silent and deserted. He experienced an intense sensation of dread after a short while as he saw the train and the passengers vanish. Was he riding the ghost train untill now? He had that in mind and was prepared to bolt from the station. But all of a sudden, he noticed a white-clad woman approaching him at a very sluggish rate. When the woman encounters the light of the station, Sumit finds that the woman is none other than his mother.

Seeing his mother, he said in a surprised tone, "Mom, what are you doing here? And why did you come here at such a late night?"

— "I came to see you for the last time, my boy."

His mother then vanished without a trace. His phone rang right then. On the phone, he learned of his mother's passing. Just a few minutes ago, his mother passed away. Sumit was devastated by the loss of his mother and immediately collapsed to the ground upon hearing this.
