Greediness

                There was family in a village in the nearest periphery of a city. There were two brothers and wife of elder brother. She was fairly beautiful but belonged to landlord family. Her father had given her fairly good amount of land. Being clever and bold, She was dominating the whole family. Younger brother was interested in going school.His elder brother kept him in the city for education. He passed his school board examination. He was aware of town atmosphere and smooth life of city. He therefore made effort for the job through staff selection commission. He succeed in his mission and appointed in the group “C’ cadre in the central government office. There was vast difference in age of two brothers. Elder brother had two daughters and son. His younger brother also attend the age of marriage. Family was making effort for suitable girl for him from the same community.

                 Unfortunately, his elder brother found dead in the field. It might be the case snake bite. Atmosphere of the family changed drastically due to sad event. Whole family was in hot water. His younger brother took responsibility of the family. He and his brother’s wife had taken an unexpected decision to marry with each other after few years. It was initially criticized by family members and nearest relatives. Both of them never bothered about criticism of concerned members. They were happy with each other. They thought that they had saved their joint property from further division. The family had an earning from salary as well as farming.

                    The marred couple had also two sons and a daughter. New master of the family was slightly greedy of money. He was always busy in doing something so that he could earn more money. But his wife wasn’t as simple as seen. She was very watchful about his all activities. She never transferred her property to him. After few years they built their home in the city. All kids from her first husband get married before coming to stay in the city. After few years her husband also retired from job. His kids also grown up and doing their job individually. They weren’t so sharp in the education. but they were practical professional in the business. The elder son had set up his whole-sale business of flowers. Middle one would look the farming. Youngest had a flower shop in the prominent place in the city. Every thing was okay within the joint family. Unfortunately, their youngest daughter got married with a bad man. There was always dispute between these two families. At last, they moved to court for divorce. After divorce ,she got married with a widower who had son. Her father opened a new shop in the city for her. She used to see the shop.

               

  His middle son was the victim of love at first sight. He used to go his school friend frequently. There was a girl in the big house. She was staying in that house with her widow mother. He might be of impression that the girl had too much property. He Jumped on the bandwagon like his father. He married with that fairly beautiful girl against the protest of family. Haste makes waste. Later he came to know that there were many share holders in that property. Though she had no enough property but she was very active to earn money. She was staying with her father-in-law and doing job in private agencies.

After few years her mother in-law and father in law expired one by one with few years gap leaving disputed property for their offspring. Her husband was doing farming of flower for his brothers. Every thing was running okay. He had two daughters. Before death of master of a house, he gave his home to youngest son and a disputed plot to his middle son over which he constructed his house and daily need shop. There was another joint plot of three brothers in the colony. The eldest son kept the proposal of construction of flat scheme on joint plot. He kept condition that there would be a flat for each younger brothers provided they handed over the joint plot to him. The couples agreed to his elder bother proposal.

As soon as the younger brothers agreed the proposal he constructed flat scheme. His younger brother occupied the one of the flats where his family was staying. After few years ,disputed plot was released due to cancellation of development road through colony. His elder brother decided to sell the complete scheme to new buyer as the scheme was in his name. Hence he was asking to his younger brothers to vacate it without any compensation. There was a family dispute about complicated ancient property which was not properly settled due to blind greediness. What would happen in future among three brothers, only God would know it !.
