Everlasting Love

A gnarled hand caressed the timeless face. 

Beginning from hazel eyes, a vermillion filled partition, lustrous black tresses halting over ruby red lips. 

A lone tear trickled down bespectacled eyes disappearing into a white unkempt beard as the knobbly hand placed white flowers on her portrait.  

"Dad", whispered a soft voice.

"Time to meet Mom", were his last words as he blew a kiss to both.
