Bossism

Once up on a time there was a businessman named Venkat, he had to travel from one place to the other place on his business trips so he arranged two servants for riding his bullock cart and to carry his luggage. He had some cows. One day his cow gave birth to calf. Calf was very cute and Venkat loved it and he was very fond of the calf.  

One day the calf was missing from its shed, and he was worried that it was so small and that they couldn't find it. Venkat started searching the calf and he asked his servants to search the calf. But his servants were hesitant and they answered it was not their assigned duty. So Venkat only searched but he didn't find it. Next day morning Venkat ordered his servants to take him on bullock cart. They started their journey Venkat took them to far away forest and asked them to stop in the afternoon. His servants asked why he brought them to forest, Venkat replied he came to search his calf. His servants were shocked and were hungry also. Venkat offered food he brought and they didn't find the calf there also. They returned home sadly. Next day morning calf returned to the shed and Venkat was overwhelmed with joy.  

From this story it is very clear that if servants did what ever work assigned by his boss then it would be nice for servants also.
