Be Careful Friends

This is a real story. This happened in 2012. Mannem Rakesh is a real estate agent in hmt swarnapuri colony, Miyapur

He used to contact owners of apartments and offer them his services to sell their apartments. People don't know that he Is a cheater. He used to stay with his wife and children in a rented house. In 2011 I am searching for buying a home in that locality. Mannem Rakesh offered

his service to me and I readily accepted.

He showed me one apartment. I liked the apartment and paid advance to him.

I got a stamped paper from him about Payment of advance. Afterward, he gave me a paper to me about the initial payment done by me. Rakesh vacated the renter's who are staying in the house and handed over the house keys to me.

I started to do some repair works in the house. Rakesh took the total amount from me saying that owner needs the money. I paid the money to him. To pay him I took a loan. After payment, he gave me a receipt signed by him. Just before the registration date, he left the place Without informing anyone. We got to know that he cheated many people in this locality. We filed a case in Miyapur Police station. Police got to know that his real name is Mannen Venkateswar.

He is a resident of Addaki village in Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh.

He cheated many people in that area and came to Miyapur. Here also he cheated many people up to crores of rupees. Police tried all their best to find this person. They are not able to find him. I lost the money and the house also. I have no hope that I can find him.

Rakesh did not give the money to the owner also. People are searching but we cannot find him. I just want to caution other people that such people exist around us. 

We need to be careful.
