You And Me

Sitting together here, we both look similar,

You are my ancestor and I am your successor.

There's a lot of difference between us, you are animal and we are human.  

You lived in jungles, we in towns, 

You are naked and we in clothes.

So what if you are not modern

You should live with us ...that's my concern.

But why are you looking angry?

Is there something for you to worry?

I am happy to just sit beside you,

As if talking to my friend true.

 

You know, I feel you are my good friend,

I'm trying my best to change your mood.

Did you say you can't live in this modern world?

Then whatever you like, we will try and build.

Tell me, what made you extinct,

And we humans were made distinct.

Let's live together oh! my friend,

Why don't you come back and get found.
