Yellow
Yellow
Yellow,
Reminds me of you,
How your unabashed smile
Your prismatic attire
And your strolls of freedom
Diminishes the bright sun
With your unaltered charisma
As yellow as the mustard
As stimulus as the sunflower
As indomitable as the sun
As sublime as the fire
As essential as the turmeric powder
As holy as the marriage bond
As pale as the mistress,
After her marriage night
As enfeebled as the sun shine,
Shadowed by murky fog.
The yellow you wore yesterday,
With a joyous laugh
Has faded today, like the fallen star, into a reminiscent
But, a fallen star shows power in identity
Hidden in its artistic distancing:
A beautiful connect with others
When you don that mystic power,
The blazing yellow,
Again reminds me of you.
