Yellow

In garden, where the sunflowers sway,

Under the golden sun’s ray,

Lies a colour, bright and mellow,

A warm, cheerful shade of yellow.

Turmeric powder, earthy and bold,

A tale of wellness, centuries old,

Useful in many ways, it stands,

From healing wounds to colouring hands.

Yellow whispers of happiness,

A hue of hope and of finesse,

It speaks of optimism, clear,

In every laugh, in every cheer.

Enlightenment in every grain,

A colour that can ease the pain,

Yellow, in its brilliant light,

Guides the heart to a path that's right.

So here's to yellow, pure and true,

A colour that uplifts and renews,

In turmeric's glow, we find a treasure,

A source of joy, beyond measure.
