Xennial in a Millennial
Xennial in a Millennial
Yes,I am a Xennial,
Trapped in a millennial body,
I love old school things,
With all the attached strings!
I would still like a pencil, and the fancy old telephone diary,
To register a new number,
Instead of a blinking device,
I don’t know when it might slumber!
I would love to have a typewriter,
To write down letters to all those I love
To that lost school friend and to my first boss
And to every person who made my day brighter!
I like those swings which touch the sky,
And gives those butterfly feelings while coming down,
Instead of those pretended ones,
That would not even fly a feet high!
Yes I am the one, who would want a calendar hung on my wall,
To mark all the important days,
Cleary Google calendar is not for me,
Who believes, some things are better off being on land,
And for rest there are always clouds!
